Fundraising FAQ
When Will We Receive Our Check?
We will do our best to get your funds to you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days after your fundraiser to receive your check.
Can You Make the Check out To Me Directly?
All checks must be made out to the organization. We are not able to write checks directly to individuals.
Can We Promote at The Restaurant?
We encourage you to promote as much as you can before the day of your fundraiser. Please refrain from promoting on-site. Doing so may cause your fundraiser to be canceled.
What Do People Need to Do in Order to Have Their Purchase Count?
All your supporters need to do is make sure to let us know they’re there for you! The can tell us verbally, bring a flyer or show it to us on their phone. For online orders, they should mention it in the ‘order notes’ section.
Can I Make Changes to My Flier?
Sure! Get in touch with Jane at jane@delitaliano.com. She will be happy to help.
Can We Place Our Organization’s Logo on The Fundraiser Flyers?
Please reach out to Jane to discuss flier design options.
Can We Have Our Fundraiser Earlier in The Day?
We have found that the best time to host spirit nights is at dinnertime on midweek days. This puts us in a better position to provide the best service to your supporters as well as our regular customers. The best times are usually Monday - Thursday from 4 - 9pm.
Can We Take Advantage of Deals and Coupons on Our Spirit Night?
Spirit night proceeds are not valid with any deals or coupons, or on alcohol or gift card sales. All purchases must be at regular menu prices to qualify.
